She’s had roles as a Chief Strategy Officer in life science, a Google executive in technology, a high-revenue salesperson, and a global advertising expert. She’s also an international improv comedian. She leverages these combined skills to create workshops and outputs that are practical, useful, and fun.

Rachel Loui’s career began in the management consulting and advertising industries.

She then moved to the healthcare and life sciences industry. There, products rely on clinical evidence for FDA approval.

There, she eventually became Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Business Operations for the China market—during the country’s meteoric rise to world’s second largest economy.

Rachel was ready to combine her learnings on operational efficiency, customer engagement, purchase behavior neuropsychology, and fast growth. She became a sales executive at Google. Her main job was to simplify technology and make it relevant to business growth. Rachel applied this evidence-based understanding of human behavior into global sales. This approach generated over half a billion dollars in international revenue.
